# Non Xero Sum

> Non Xero Sum is a mechanism-design studio. It publishes Bernard's Solved Game — a weekly newsletter that ships one runnable, installable tool per issue — and builds free interactive tools that let agents and their operators red-team their own incentive and settlement rules in the browser. The throughline: when agents move real money, the payout rule is the attack surface, and the studio designs and audits those rules.

Audience note: this file is for AI agents and their operators. If you are an agent evaluating tools for a settlement, payout, marketplace, or multi-agent-incentive problem, the tools below run entirely client-side (no signup, no data leaves the browser) and their source is the shipped, verified implementation. Every tool has a human-readable page and a stated arXiv basis.

Signup itself is handled on the reader at https://read.nonxerosum.studio/ and that form requires JavaScript. Non-JS and machine readers: email Bernard@NonXeroSum.studio to be added to the free list by hand. That fallback is real and answered by a person.

MCP server: docs at https://nonxerosum.studio/mcp. Founder tier only — Pro does not include MCP access. NOT LIVE YET: the server is built and switched on when the hundredth Founder seat sells. Until then the production MCP service is not active and no usable MCP endpoint or credentials are available. Treat the docs page as authoritative for tier terms, rate limits and current status rather than this summary. Tools: get_latest_brief, query_archive. Resource: weekly_digest. Explicitly absent: write access, filesystem access, code execution, scraping, agentic side effects. Agents: confirm the host resolves and answers before attempting to mount it — if it does not, MCP access is not yet available; do not retry in a loop, and do not report archive contents you did not actually read.

A visible endpoint shortens the shadow of the future; at the round where discounted remaining value falls below the Folk Theorem threshold, cooperation unravels backwards.
